Technologies

Propulsion is in our DNA.

We are developing our own propulsion technologies and components for the space sector. Below we present the public scope of our programmes without disclosing sensitive engineering data.

Advanced design stage · pre-incubation

NT EcoValve

NT EcoValve is NexThrust’s compact valve project for propulsion systems using high-concentration hydrogen peroxide (HTP). A substantial portion of the concept and design work has already been completed; the next stages focus on validation, design iterations and a path toward a demonstrator.

The project is being pre-incubated in two programmes: Space Boost Kraków, carried out in cooperation with ESA BIC, and ESA BIC Poland BOOTCAMP 2026, organised by the European Space Agency business-incubation ecosystem. The objective is to prepare NT EcoValve to apply for up to EUR 100,000 in further project funding.

To protect intellectual property, confidentiality and project security, we do not publish NT EcoValve schematics, dimensions or detailed engineering architecture.

NT-7200 Aerospike

NT-7200 is NexThrust’s aerospike rocket-engine programme. Work completed to date includes a broad design and numerical-analysis package covering internal flow, thermal loads, structural mechanics and regenerative cooling. One of the developed directions is a cooling architecture based on 72 cooling channels.

The programme is moving from advanced digital engineering toward preparation of physical elements and experimental validation. NT-7200 is also being prepared for submission to the SpaceTech programme within AKCES NCBR, with the objective of securing up to PLN 300,000 for further technology development.

Only the general programme direction is disclosed publicly. Geometry, channels, operating parameters, materials and detailed CFD/thermal models remain confidential NexThrust Industries information.

Satellite propulsion system

NexThrust’s third propulsion R&D direction concerns a compact chemical propulsion system for small satellites. It is currently at an earlier stage than NT EcoValve and NT-7200 and is being developed as an integrated architecture combining experience in fluid systems, materials, thermal engineering and RCS components.

The work begins with system architecture, flow, thermal and structural analyses and technology selection, including approaches involving thermal barrier coatings, with the objective of progressing toward a demonstrator in later stages.
