EuropeanAn integrated network of machine parks in the region enables us to develop technologies using state-of-the-art machining equipment, selecting the process according to geometry, material, tolerances and the requirements of a specific customer project in order to ensure the highest engineering standards. In addition to our own machine park in Katowice, we cooperate with other machine parks within the KSSE area — one in Mysłowice and one in Bielsko-Biała.
The integrated machine-park network operates advanced Sodick EDM machines including SL400G, AG600L, AQ35L and K1C. They provide high accuracy, repeatability and the ability to create complex geometries in demanding tooling components and precision technical parts.
These include milling and turning machines, among them 5-axis machining centres from brands such as DMG MORI and Okuma, selected according to material, geometry and tolerance requirements of a given project. This allows us to execute precise individual operations as well as advanced tooling and prototype-component preparation.
We also use cost-effective machining solutions for materials such as polyurethane, including high-grade Italian CNC routers. They enable rapid manufacturing of patterns, models, fixtures and auxiliary elements used in engineering projects.
Our own transport links the entire execution chain — from material pickup, through the movement of components between production facilities, to delivery of finished parts to the customer. This improves schedule control, part-flow security and the continuity of prototype and production work.
